When Favor, a small but beloved Texas-only delivery app, approached us, their big, national competitors were eating their lunch. So, we set out to own the one thing the competition couldn’t: a deep understanding of the Lone Star state.
For the launch of the campaign, we leveraged an issue almost every Texan had an opinion on: out-of-state transplants. By welcoming and teaching newcomers how to order food in Texas, we connected with all Texans, leading to big gains in awareness and orders.
